What do I get when I subscribe to the All Access account for $29.99/month?
You will have access to all of the live online lessons that we broadcast. You will have access to the "Archives" which begins at lesson #1118. You'll also have access to all videos and courses in the store.
You have the option to join our secret Facebook page just for paying subscribers! Students share their drumming struggles and successes with the group so we can all support each other!
You also have access to getting drumming questions answered by Mike. Every week there is a Live Q&A session.
Students have access to our student upload page where they can upload a video of themselves working on something from the website for Mike to watch and review.
Your membership with us is just like a gym membership. If you do not use it, you are still charged till you cancel your subscription from your dashboard.
How do I request to have Mike come to do a clinic in my home town?
Mike will go anywhere for clinics so there needs to be a store or drum shop that has interest in paying for Mike to get there to host a clinic. If your local store/drum shop has expressed interest, please have the store/drum shop email Amber at [email protected].
I want to sign up for the All Access account but I'm not sure of what level I am.
When you subscribe, you get access to all levels, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced so you do not need to choose the level during the sign up process.
When I subscribe to the All Access account, do I have to go into my account to make the payment or is this automatic?
The monthly payment is automatic. As well as our 6-month and 12-month plans. Our billing is auto renewed no matter which plan you chose. The payment will pull every renewal and it will pull from the original payment method you used to signup with. If your payment form is declined, you will get an email to update your payment.
I'm interested in more information about your Drum Camps, how can I get more information?
You can simply click on "Drum Camps" on our top menu and that should answer all of your camp questions. If you have more questions about camp, feel free to email Amber at [email protected] and she is happy to assist you!
Am I locked into a term for the All Access account when I subscribe?
You are only locked into the plan you have already paid for so if you have paid for 1 month, you are locked into that 1 month and then you can cancel when ever you'd like. If you have paid for the 6-month or 12-month plans, you will have access for that time period but if you wish not to renew then you are free to cancel. We do not give refunds for payments that are already processed because the account holder has access to cancel their subscription at any time to avoid any additional billing.
Can I view the live lessons and the archives from my mobile device (an iPad or iPhone, etc.)?
Yes! You can watch the lessons live or the archives from your phone or tablet device as long as you have a good internet signal. You can watch the lessons on the go or while you are traveling so that you won't feel like you are missing the lessons while out of town!
If I subscribe to the All Access but decide it's not for me, can I cancel the subscription and/or get a refund?
To cancel the subscription, please email Amber at [email protected]. There are no pro-rated refunds given so your access will continue till your payment runs out.

Can I get a refund or pro-rated refund for an unused portion of my subscription that I paid for?
We apologize but there are no refunds for unused subscription access. If you continue to pay for the monthly subscription with us then we assume you are using it. Your membership with us is just like a gym membership. If you do not use it, you are still charged till you cancel your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Login to your account,
click on "Settings"
click on "Manage Subscription"
click on "Cancel" and confirm the cancelation.
If you still have paid time on your subscription and you lose access after confirming the cancellation, please clear cache on your computer and your access should be resolved.
