1 - I have purchased a drum lesson but it doesnt seem to be listed in my account, what do I do?
It could be that a different email address was used in the new purchase from the older purchases but Amber can get those new videos to your account for you. Please email her at amber@mikeslessons.com with the lesson titles that you bought and the email address in which you used to order them.

2 - Do you offer any DVD's with lesson content?
No, all of our video lessons are downloadable to your desktop or to an MP4 device.

3 - What is included when I subscribe to the monthly Live Online Drum Lessons for $19.99/ month?
You will have access to all of the Live Online Lessons that we broadcast, all times and all levels. You will have access to the "Archives" folder which holds the past 4 weeks worth of Live Lessons so that you can go back and watch a lesson that you missed or re-watch lessons. Each Live Lesson day topic includes sheet music and MP3 samples (as long as the topic permits these). During the Live Lesson broadcasts, there are Q & A session at the end of each broadcast so you have the chance to ask Mike your drumming questions. You have the option to create a profile in our site and have the access to connect with hundreds of drummers from all over the world.

4 - Do I get sheet music with any video purchase from the store?
No, the only videos from the store that have sheet music are the archived Live Lessons that are for sale in the store for $5.99. To get your sheet music, please email amber@mikeslessons.com and tell her what live lesson number(s) you need in the corresponding sheet music.

5 - I had created a profile in the past and now that I have re-subscribed, why can I not access the old profile?
The old profile was attached to the old account and can not be converted to the new account. What you should do is email Amber (amber@mikeslessons.com) and ask her to delete your profile so you can create a new one in the new site. She will need the full name that your old profile was under.

6 - How do I request to have Mike come to do a clinic in my home town?
Mike will go anywhere for clinics so there needs to be a store or drum shop that has interest in paying for Mike to get there to host a clinic. If your local store/drum shop has expressed interest, please have the store/drum shop email Amber at amber@mikeslessons.com.

7 - The credit card that is tied to my PayPal account is expiring/expired, how do I update my PayPal account with the new card with out affecting my Live Lesson subscription?
Email Amber at amber@mikeslessons.com for instructions.

8 - I have purchased a previous Live Lesson from the store and Mike mentions a PDF, where can I get this PDF?
Email Amber at amber@mikeslessons.com and give her the Live Lesson number(s) that you bought and the email address you used to place the purchase and she can email the PDF's to you.

9 - Where can I get the "Linear Drumming" book?
The book is available for order thru lulu.com. You can order a physical copy of the book and have it shipped to you or you can buy a downloadable version. 10 - I want to sign up for the Live Lessons but I'm not sure of what level I am.
When you subscribe to the Live Online Lessons, you get access to all levels, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced so you do not need to choose the level during the sign up process.

11 - When I subscribe to the Live Lessons, do I have to go into my account to make the payment each month or is this automatic?
The monthly payment is automatic. The payment will pull every 30 days from the date you signed up and it will pull from the original payment method you used to signup with.

12 - I'm interested in more information about your Drum Camps in 2012, how can I get more information?

13 - I'm a Live Lesson subscriber and realized I am missing a PDF/MP3 from a lesson that is no longer in the archives, what do I do?
Unfortunately we will not be able to send the missing file(s) to you. The best way to approach the PDF's and MP3's from our live lessons is to download them, save them and print the PDF before they leave the archives so that you'll always have them to reference back to.

14 - I am a live lesson subscriber but get a message on the archived videos that I "do not have permission" to view them. What do I do about this?
This is an easy fix, just need to find out which of two issues it is. If you are not using the browser Firefox, please try using Firefox and see if that fixes it. If that is not the issue then your security settings on your computer are set too high and will not allow 3rd party videos.

15 - I am trying to watch a lesson live but the live lesson video box is black and is not connecting.
This typically means you need to update your Flash Player. If you have updated your Flash Player and it's still not connecting, try shutting down your computer and restarting.

16 - When I purchase the video drum lesson(s), what do I actually get and how do I get it?
When you buy a video lesson from our site the video will be automatically added to your account once the order has been completed. The video is then downloaded to your desktop and needs to be saved for future reference. From there you can transfer the video onto an MP4 device to take to the kit with you.
